Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential administrative support across various departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills to contribute to a professional and dynamic workplace.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other Operational systems
Support the Office Manager with invoicing and billing processes
Work alongside other team members to order stock for sites
Provide general administrative support to team members to ensure operational efficiency

Essential

Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the team

Desirable

Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
Experience working with Construction Training Administration
