Title: Operations Manager - North & Midlands
Location: Hybrid - travel required across our North & Midlands locations
Employment type: Full-Time - weekend availability required
Salary: £55-65K P/A DOE

We believe great dentistry starts with great people. Our clinical teams are made up of highly trained dentists with a wealth of general & cosmetic experience, supported by talented professionals across sales, dental nursing, support and operations roles.

As we continue on our growth journey, we are now excited to be opening the search for a dedicated Operations Director for our practices in the North & Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the company vision and strategy, growth, business plans and seeking development opportunities
Driving Revenue & EBITDA for a remit of mixed dental practices', ensuring all operational KPI's are met, and supporting practices with their P&L delivery
Forging strong, meaningful relationships with our Partners, Managers & Operations Team - providing them with expert industry knowledge and analysis
Day to day operational support of practice managers within your region
Inspire the practice managers to continuously improve and realise their full potential
Streamlining operational procedures and systems to increase efficiency and output
Developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with all stakeholders, act as a liaison for all suppliers and partner companies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are specifically looking for a candidate with prior multi-site experience in the dental/healthcare sector
Full driving licence or ability to commute is essential for regular travel to practices across the North & Midlands
The ability to work on some weekends & be available is essential for this position, as all of our practices operate on Saturdays & Sundays from the outset
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse financial reports, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving operational excellence
Proficient in using management software and technology to optimize clinic operations and performance
A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities
