Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality metal structures and products, ensuring they meet strict safety and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced fabrication techniques in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a tangible impact.

Duties

Perform MIG welding and other welding techniques to join metal parts accurately according to detailed blueprints and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and measurements to ensure precise fabrication and assembly of components
Operate various welding machines and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
Conduct quality inspections on welded joints and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
Skills
Proven experience in MIG welding, with strong proficiency in welding techniques
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication equipment
Solid understanding of fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly of metal components
Mechanical knowledge to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and blueprint reading
Ability to read CAD drawings
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
