Are you passionate about supporting the voice of those with lived experience?

The Surrey Domestic Abuse Partnership is a group of independent domestic abuse charities supporting survivors across the county. We are recruiting for two posts, one in the East of Surrey (based in Redhill) and one in the West (based in either Guildford or Woking).

We have been funded by the National Lottery to create a network of survivor voice and influence in the new local government structures that are being developed for Surrey. We are looking for two proactive, organised and relationship focused Lived Experience Coordinators to make a success of this nationally important pilot project. You will lead the coordination, training and support for volunteer domestic abuse survivors who want to represent the voice and needs of domestic abuse survivors in Surrey’s new structures.

This job will suit you if you:

· Are passionate about the change that domestic abuse survivors can bring to communities

· Are a highly motivated organised coordinator

· Have a high level of attention to detail

· Have strong IT and communication skills

· Can identify and proactively overcome barriers to participation
