Step into the heart of our award-winning bakery and help craft the pies, pastries, and savoury treats our customers love. As a Bakery Operative you’ll play a key role in producing top-quality products while upholding the highest standards of food safety, quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

What You’ll Do

Work safely and efficiently, following all company policies, procedures and legislation
Keep our large pie production line running smoothly
Fill, lid, and glaze our products to perfection
Maintain a spotless work area with top-tier hygiene and sanitation
Bread Roll Production
Pastry Production
Chaffing Dough
Cleaning Tins.
Add the all-important hand-finished touches that make our products stand out

What You’ll Bring
Experience in a bakery environment is a bonus — but not essential. We’ll give you all the training you need to rise to the occasion.

Hours: 39 per week, 5 days out of 7 (Monday–Sunday)
Start Time: from 6am
Pay: £12.74 per hour (increasing to £12.94 after successful probation period)
