Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar/restaurant Manager to oversee our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership skills will be essential in training and guiding the team to provide outstanding bartending services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation that complements the bar offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bar/restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends.
Familiarity with food preparation processes and food safety regulations is advantageous.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will live locally, however, accommodation may be available 20 minutes away by car if required.
