Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a dynamic workplace.

PART - TIME Monday to Friday 3pm-6.30pm Front Desk cover

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Taking samples over the desk, making sure bottles are labelled
Ordering Stationary from the hospital
making sure all samples are in the correct specimen bag and making sure that all samples are out in time for the courier to collect
Dealing with patient query at front desk
Giving out Prescriptions & Medical certificates
Manage appointment at front desk and completing E-Consult online for patient's
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and messages with professionalism
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
