Full job description

Are you a fitness and wellbeing enthusiast who loves interacting with people?

Do you have exceptional customer service skills, strong administration and organisation abilities, and a passion for creating a warm, positive atmosphere?

We are hiring a part-time Front of House & Client Support Executive to work in our boutique personal training studio in High Street Kensington.

The Role

You will support our Front of House Manager and wider team in delivering an exceptional client experience across both studios. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as front of house, managing client and prospect enquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
Managing diaries and accurately updating our in-house booking systems.
Ensuring client accounts, memberships and payments are up to date, including supporting renewals.
Processing new clients efficiently and accurately across various systems.
Providing outstanding ongoing customer service and support throughout the client journey.
Completing opening or closing procedures depending on shift.
Ensuring studio spaces remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked, including retail areas.
Assisting with maintenance and operational tasks when required.

You will work a minimum of 24 hours per week, typically 2 full days and 2 half days, with the option to pick up additional hours for holiday or sickness cover across both sites.

About You

Positive, energetic, and proactive, with a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude.
Passionate about health and fitness, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Confident, well-presented, and professional with exceptional customer service ability.
Highly organised and able to multitask while staying flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Gmail experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with clients and team members at all levels.
Reliable, punctual, enjoys being busy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour
