You'll join a collaborative and supportive sales team where you'll gain exposure to customer management, commercial planning, forecasting, category insights and negotiation while developing skills that can accelerate your career in sales.
You will be part of the UK Grocery team within the UK Sales organisation and report to the Grocery Channel Lead.
The team works collaboratively to deliver sustainable growth for both customers and our brands. We value curiosity, continuous learning, teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving!
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will help manage and grow our partnership with Asda and Morrisons. Working closely with internal teams including Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, you will support the execution of customer plans and identify opportunities to deliver mutual growth.
-
Support the development and delivery of customer growth plans for Asda and Morrisons.
-
Help deliver annual sales, distribution and profitability objectives.
-
Build strong working relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
-
Support promotional planning, pricing discussions and commercial reviews.
-
Analyse sales performance, customer data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
-
Contribute to forecasting, customer planning and performance reporting.
-
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Category teams to execute customer initiatives.
-
Ensure excellent day-to-day account management and customer service.
-
Share best practices and contribute positively to team success and culture.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, category management, shopper marketing, commercial or sales roles, ideally working with grocery retailers.

-
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing a P&L and using data and insights to drive performance.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills.
-
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Behaviours You'll Need:
-
Curious and eager to learn.
-
Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships.
-
Proactive and solutions-oriented.
-
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
-
Organised with strong attention to detail.
-
Positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop.
-
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
About us:
We are the people behind method + Ecover. We’ve always done things differently – we’re fearless thinkers, mad scientists and adventurous designers who believe that making soap leads to brave ideas, bold inventions and beautiful bubbles. We started small but we have big plans to make the world a cleaner, greener, more colourful place. We invite everyone to join us as we pioneer a future where doing business is doing good for all.
Let’s get one thing straight – you’re not coming here to just sell soap, or cleaning products. You’re joining us to move the hearts, souls and minds of others all over the world that see the world differently. We think about cleaning as an act of creative expression, a gesture of rebellion, and, yes, an escape from the normal. We take cleaning seriously – but not ourselves.
Alongside our friends Mrs. Meyer’s clean day and babyganics in the US, we are collectively known as Lifestyle Brands and are part of the SC Johnson family.

Every day we strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, listened to, supported and where we can do our best work. Sure, there’s always more that can be done. But together with our team, partners, customers and community, we can make everyone welcome.
