Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to a professional environment. The Administrator will support managers and Insolvency Practitioners in the progression of corporate insolvency cases, including the progression of cases and meeting required deadlines.

Duties

Management of a portfolio of cases
Maintaining case files ensuring they meet statutory requirements
Prepare relevant documentation for review
Monitor case diaries
Complete work in a timely manner
Conduct investigations
Drive case progression and closure
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are organised efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette.
Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Demonstrated clerical experience supporting multiple departments or teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or systems as required. This role is ideal for organised individuals seeking a professional environment where their administrative expertise can thrive while supporting the overall efficiency of the organisation.
