Internal Sales Administrator – Boutique Whitening

At Boutique Whitening, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. We are looking for a proactive and personable Internal Sales Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining and updating order information within internal systems
Responding promptly to customer queries and providing excellent service throughout
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximise customer value and support business growth.
Liaising closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Supporting the wider sales, administration, and finance teams as needed

Skills & Experience:

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computer systems and handling administrative tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00 per year
