Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team in providing exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality guest services while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your hospitality skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable moments for our customers.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all requests are noted and communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards.
Keep track of inventory and restock as needed.
Check identification to ensure customers meet age requirements for alcohol consumption.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention throughout their visit.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not essential; a passion for hospitality is key.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the overall dining experience.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
