We're not a volume business, and we don't expect our team to complete an unrealistic amount of work every day to make a profit. We invest in our people and provide ongoing technical and professional training. By focusing on developing our team, we've grown consistently year on year. We now have an opportunity for a skilled Domestic Air Conditioning Engineer to join us in a service and installation role.

You'll have a fully stocked vehicle, an experienced warehouse team, and the day-to-day support of an experienced Service Manager and dedicated office team - handling bookings, parts and admin so you can focus on the job in hand. You'll also have multiple shift patterns to choose from, including the option of a 4-day week and a 3-day weekend. There's no 24/7 callout to worry about, and all your work will be located within 25 miles of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of domestic air conditioning systems
Service, maintenance and fault-finding on AC systems
System upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
Commissioning and testing of new installations

Skills and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in air conditioning is essential
F-Gas certification is essential
Experience with split and multi-split systems is essential
Experience with heat pumps or ventilation systems is preferred but not essential
Electrical knowledge or relevant qualifications would be advantageous
A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
Good planning and organisational skills, with strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
Great communication skills, with the ability to be open, honest and approachable with every customer
A team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performing work environment
The courage to learn from setbacks and a desire for continual improvement
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure every job is one we'd be proud to put our name to
