Customer Relationship & Administration Advisor – Part Time
Vitality Fitness, Tavistock Ltd (VFT)

We're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Relationship & Administration Advisor to join our team at Vitality Fitness Tavistock on a permanent part time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, staying organised, and being part of a supportive fitness community. The role combines customer service, administration, and stock management responsibilities to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming members and providing excellent customer service
Handling membership enquiries and sign-ups
Supporting member retention and engagement
Managing emails, calls and day to day administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for gym supplies, retail products and refreshments as required
Assisting with gym promotions, events and member communications
Helping create a positive and motivating atmosphere within the gym

What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable and professional attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confident using computers and basic office systems
Experience in administration or customer service is desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for health, fitness and community is an advantage

Position Details

Permanent part-time position
16 hours per week
Working days: Thursday and Friday
Based at Vitality Fitness Tavistock Ltd
Salary: From £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Start date: To be agreed
