Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Quality Assurance & QS (Electrical) to lead our installation team in maintaining the highest of standards. This pivotal role contributes to maintaining our high standards in electrical design and installation, ensuring excellence across all projects.
Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes for electrical projects.
Oversee quality control inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Provide training and guidance on quality standards to staff.
Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies regarding quality compliance.
Monitor project progress with Project Managers to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in electrical project management or quality assurance within the electrical contracting industry.
Previously held role as a QS or Duty Holder
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical installations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications in electrical engineering or quality management are preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
