Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations to develop their career within a reputable establishment. The Chef de Partie will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to exceptional cuisine and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring flavour, presentation, and quality are maintained.
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauce stations, ensuring smooth operation during service.
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate needs for replenishment to the head chef or sous chef.
Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure all food preparation complies with health and safety standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
Experience working with diverse cuisines or specialised culinary techniques is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience serving guests or working directly with customers is advantageous but not essential. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to refine their culinary skills while contributing to an outstanding dining experience. All positions are paid, reflecting our commitment to fair employment practices.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
