Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus
Location: Hollingbury, Brighton (full-time, office-based)
Hours: Full-time (Flexi-time)

The role is actually Creator Manager, where you'll recruit and develop talented TikTok creators rather than candidates. If you're great at identifying potential, building relationships, negotiating, and working towards commercial targets, your experience could transfer perfectly.

No TikTok Shop experience? That's absolutely fine. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your ability to spot talent, build lasting relationships, and drive commercial results.

Our Creator Management team plays a key role in our growth by discovering talented creators, building long-term partnerships, negotiating commercial agreements, and helping creators grow successful businesses while driving significant sales for Wellgard.

What you'll be doing

Recruit and onboard high-potential TikTok creators
Build long-term relationships through calls, messages and social media
Negotiate commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships
Manage your own portfolio of creators and help maximise their performance
Identify emerging creators and trends before competitors
Analyse creator performance, GMV and ROI to optimise results
Work towards ambitious commercial targets that directly impact company growth

What we're looking for

Around three years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search or a similar relationship-driven sales role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience sourcing and proactively approaching new people
Commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills
Experience working towards performance or revenue targets
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Ability to commute to our Hollingbury, Brighton office five days per week

You don't need previous TikTok Shop experience, but you should genuinely enjoy using TikTok and understand the platform.

Location
