We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Liverpool Head Office, working predominantly within our Hard FM operations.

This is a key role at the heart of service delivery. You’ll work closely with our mobile engineers, customers, subcontractors and operational teams to make sure planned and reactive works are coordinated effectively and our customers receive a responsive, reliable service.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and scheduling mobile engineers across planned and reactive maintenance works
Logging, prioritising and progressing jobs in line with contractual SLAs
Managing engineer diaries and responding to changing operational priorities
Monitoring jobs from initial call-out through to completion and closure
Coordinating parts, materials and subcontractors to keep works moving
Keeping customers and internal teams updated on job progress
Maintaining accurate information within our CAFM and job management systems
Supporting operational reporting, KPI performance and compliance
Working closely with the wider team to resolve issues and deliver a great service

What we’re looking for

You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a busy operational environment where priorities can change quickly.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in Hard FM, facilities management, engineering, maintenance or a service-led environment
Experience in scheduling, coordination or operational support
Confidence coordinating engineers or other field-based teams
An understanding of reactive and planned maintenance
Experience working with CAFM or job management systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to organise competing priorities and keep jobs moving

Experience within Hard FM would be particularly beneficial, but we’re also interested in people with strong transferable experience from engineering or technical service environments.
