Their teams are part of a national network, offering an industry leading fast-track service that delivers Argos products to customers' doors and collection points. They use technology and great teamwork to ensure we never let our customers down.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage a large team at the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to follow rigorous processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

Focus on customer satisfaction metrics and make decisions to ensure exemplary service.

Communicate and collaborate between the business and your diverse, energetic team daily.

Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting the right time, quantity, quality, and cost requirements.

Coach and develop your team, driving a culture of change and continuous improvement while adhering to relevant legislation and safety processes.

What makes a great Site Manager:

Energetic and resilient manager with experience in managing complex warehouse environments.

Customer-focused background in industries like General Merchandise, Logistics, or Retail, with a firm understanding of managing a large fleet.

Agile mindset to remain calm under pressure, lead the team through challenges, and maintain excellence.

Versatile in following processes and switching between multiple tasks, knowing when to roll up your sleeves and when to delegate.

Big-picture thinker who can oversee the entire operation while trusting the team to deliver.
