What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different! You'll be:

Showing applicants around properties.
Speaking with landlords and tenants to build lasting relationships.
Matching people with their next home.
Negotiating offers and securing lets.
Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions.
Progressing tenancies from enquiry through to move-in.
Delivering exceptional customer service that sets CGT Lettings apart.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be someone who:

Has a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience preferred but not essential
Loves working with people and building relationships.
Is highly motivated.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Wants to build a successful, long-term career within the property industry.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence.
Own vehicle.
Strong IT skills.
Willingness to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
