About Accelerator

For over 23 years Accelerator has been delivering Hosted IT and telecoms solutions to a wide variety of small and medium enterprises and national commercial clients across the UK. We currently support 1000’s of users across our portfolio of services, many of whom are high-profile commercial property agents.

Due to the development and success of the business, we are looking to grow our team and have a fantastic opportunity to join us.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our business. This is a key role within our Business Development Team as you will be responsible for the production of quotes, managing the procurement of products and services, and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and correctly. You will be the lead on sales and installation projects as required.

This role will involve, but not be limited to:

Creation of customer quotes
Procurement of products and services
Shipping of products to site as required
Coordinating sales and installation projects
Coordinating between other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Support with technical recommendations based on customer requirements
Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team
Maintaining accurate CRM records

About You

You will be a confident, warm and engaging individual with the ability to build and develop strong working relationships. You will have demonstrable administration and organisation skills, and be able to confidently represent our business to a high standard. You will be a team player, who has a keen eye for detail and is able to manage a high workload effectively.

You'll be interested to learn about the products and services that Accelerator provide, and will have an interest in the technology industry and be keen to understand the difference between the various systems and products we sell.

Ideally you will have have either experience of working within or an enjoyment of IT, and have the ability to develop strong working relationships. You'll be well organised and happy to speak to clients.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
