Pest Control Technician – Join Our Team at Beaver Pest Control.

Description:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play a crucial role in helping both homes and businesses stay pest-free. Don’t worry if you’re new to the field – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and capable in your role.

Your Role:

Conduct inspections and treatments to ensure properties are pest-free.
Assess situations and choose the best methods for pest control, always keeping safety as your top priority.
Help customers understand how they can maintain a pest-free environment by offering helpful advice and recommendations.
Record your work and communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they feel supported.
Work with your team to seal off entry points and implement preventative measures for long-term protection.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid driver’s licence and a positive attitude towards learning.
While experience in pest control is a plus, it's not a requirement – we’re happy to teach you!
A good understanding of pests and their habits, or a willingness to learn.
The ability to work independently, but also the confidence to ask for help when you need it.
Good written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be speaking with customers, so a friendly and professional manner is key.
Physical ability to carry out tasks, but rest assured, you’ll have the support and equipment you need to do the job safely.
Flexibility with working hours.
