The role of Senior Administrator:

Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring schedules are efficiently organised and prioritised
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and delivering a high standard of service
Handling inbox management, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required
Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring all records and project information are accurate and up to date
Preparing and distributing reports to support business operations
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear and professional updates
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as required

The ideal Senior Administrator:

Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
Experience managing diaries and coordinating schedules
Confident communicator, able to engage professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels
Comfortable using digital systems, maintaining accurate records, and using Excel
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
Solutions-focused mindset and collaborative attitude
