Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a background in Timber Frame manufacturing or Housebuilding sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and building long-term professional relationships. The Sales Representative will play a key part in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present products and services effectively
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet organisational targets
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings
Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to secure large or complex deals
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office suite
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organisational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts and sales pipelines simultaneously

Pay: £42,500.00-£52,500.00 per year
