Job Overview

KAYANX GROUP LTD, trading as Blue Water & Co., is a growing UK professional services company providing bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, taxation, human resources, recruitment, compliance and business consultancy services.

We support SMEs, corporate clients and other organisations across the UK with their financial, administrative, workforce and regulatory requirements. Following the expansion of our operations and client portfolio, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and support the continued commercial growth of the business and its wider group operations.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the company's marketing strategy, promoting its professional services and strengthening its market presence.

The successful candidate will oversee marketing and social media activities, manage campaigns, research market opportunities and coordinate marketing activities across the company and its subsidiary operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Plan, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional activities across the company's professional services.
Plan and support the promotion and launch of new services and business initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify client needs, market trends and commercial opportunities.
Manage branding, digital marketing, social media and wider marketing communications.
Oversee the development of marketing content and promotional materials across relevant channels.
Set marketing budgets, campaign targets and timelines and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
Coordinate marketing activities across the company and its subsidiary operations to maintain consistent branding and market positioning.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, business partners and external service providers.
Analyse campaign and marketing performance and provide reports and recommendations to management to support business growth.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in marketing, marketing management or a related commercial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding and campaign management.
Ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies and manage campaigns from planning through to evaluation.
Good market research, analytical and commercial awareness.
Ability to manage budgets, targets, deadlines and multiple marketing activities.
Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with management and different functions across a professional-services business.

Qualifications

A degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications or a related discipline is desirable. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.
