Salary: up to £32,042.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30

Location: Plymouth

This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our site in Plymouth. We are looking for a capable and motivates Sales Administrator to be a key part of our operation, supporting both the Sales and Sales Support team across multiple brands and channels.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Sales Administrator, youll be a key part of the operation supporting both the Sales and Sales Support teams across multiple brands and channels.

Your role will focus on:

Delivering accurate and efficient administrative support
Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery

Youll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.

What Were Looking For

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional, approachable communication style
A proactive mindset and willingness to support the wider team
Previous administrative experience (motor trade experience is beneficial but not essential)
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
