As Housekeeping Supervisor at Yarnfield Park, you will be:

Assigning tasks for the housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners, and organising cover when needed.

Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards and providing constructive feedback to staff.

Training and motivating staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards

Managing supplies stock levels, ordering cleaning and consumable products within budget.

Handling guest complaints regarding housekeeping services and coordinating corrective actions

Maintenance reporting

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety
