About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services business that is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Case & Protection Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in mortgage administration, case management, and protection business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring mortgage and protection cases are processed efficiently while supporting advisers and maintaining excellent client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion.
Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and providers to progress cases efficiently.
Monitor case pipelines and ensure all documentation is obtained and processed accurately.
Support advisers with case progression and updates.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve any issues that may delay case completion.
Assist with the management and development of administrative processes.
Maintain accurate client records and case notes.

Requirements

Previous experience within mortgage administration, case management, or protection services.
Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection market.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
CeMAP qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
