Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This energetic position involves handling materials, operating equipment, and supporting shipping and receiving processes to keep our supply chain moving efficiently. Responsibilities

Safely load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
Manage materials handling tasks, including sorting, stacking, and organizing inventory within the warehouse
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and process transactions accurately
Assist with shipping and receiving activities by preparing orders for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries
Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and storage areas to ensure safety standards are met
Support construction or maintenance projects within the warehouse as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge when applicable
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in materials handling and logistics processes
Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire; experience operating forklifts is highly preferred
Ability to follow written instructions
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods during work hours.
