We're investing seriously in our private events offering, and we're looking for an ambitious, energetic Events Manager to own it, shape it, and drive it forward. If you live for a packed room, a buzzing bar and the buzz of pulling off a brilliant event, keep reading.

The Opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a rulebook. We're giving the right person the chance to genuinely own and drive our private events business as we invest in growing it.

Your mission: pack out our two standout spaces, The Warehouse Bar and private dining in the stunning Sicilian Garden Room, with bookings people can't stop talking about.

Working hand in hand with our marketing agency and in-house team, you'll build and supercharge a programme spanning:

Private parties, celebrations and corporate events

Sports nights and live screenings

Music brunches

DJ nights and late events

You'll turn enquiries into confirmed bookings, and bookings into unforgettable nights.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively generating and converting new private bookings for the bar and Sicilian Garden Room

Building and growing our events calendar across sports, private events, music brunches and DJ nights

Working closely with our marketing agency and in-house staff to drive interest and footfall

Managing every event from first enquiry to flawless delivery

Being hands-on and present on event nights to keep everything running like clockwork

Building real relationships with guests, local businesses and the community

What We're Looking For

Proven events management experience, ideally in hospitality, bars or restaurants

A sharp commercial instinct and a hunger to hit (and smash) targets

Confidence working alongside marketing teams with marketing expereince.

Brilliant organisation and the ability to juggle multiple events

A natural people person who delivers standout guest experiences

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event nights where required.
