About Us

Good Ventures is a growing cosmetics manufacturer specialising in natural and organic skin, body, and hair care products. We create products using natural oils, butters, and active ingredients, supplying customers who care about quality and sustainability.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our friendly manufacturing team in Radlett.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy practical work, and are willing to learn, we'll provide all the training you need.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll help make cosmetic products from start to finish.

You'll work as part of a small team, preparing ingredients, mixing batches, moving materials, cleaning equipment, and helping keep production running smoothly.

This role involves regular lifting, standing for long periods, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

You will be:

Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and willing to get stuck in
Comfortable with physical work and daily lifting
Able to follow instructions accurately
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
Positive, flexible, and willing to help the team
Organised and able to pay attention to detail

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, production, food production, or similar environments is helpful but not essential.

Full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Weighing and preparing ingredients
Mixing ingredients to create cosmetic products
Following simple recipes and instructions
Moving raw materials and finished products safely around the production area
Cleaning equipment and work areas
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
Completing basic production paperwork
Working with the team to ensure products are made on time and to the required quality standards

Career Progression

We believe in developing our people. Once fully trained, there will be opportunities to progress into more senior manufacturing roles within the business.

Job Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm

Location: 5 Handley Page Way, Radlett, AL2 2DQ

Please note that public transport does not reach the site before the start time, so applicants will need their own transport.

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
