Kitchen Porter 35 Weeks Per Year

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will play an important role in ensuring our kitchen and catering operation runs efficiently every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Porter, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation areas and associated workspaces.
Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to the highest standards.
Supporting the team with basic food preparation activities.
Assisting with the receipt, loading and unloading of deliveries when required.
Using kitchen equipment and machinery safely and correctly.
Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
Completing required training and development programmes.
Providing general support to the catering team to help deliver an excellent food service. [Kitchen Porter JD | Word]
