We are now looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club.
As a Sales and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, create bespoke proposals, build strong client relationships, and support the wider sales team in achieving venue revenue targets.

What You'll Do:

Manage inbound sales enquiries across multiple channels, delivering a professional and timely response to every client

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while maximising all sales and revenue opportunities

Prepare bespoke proposals, quotations, contracts, and invoices tailored to client requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full client journey, encouraging repeat business and referrals

Build strong relationships with clients, venue partners, and internal stakeholders while acting as an ambassador for Sodexo Live! and Nottingham Forest Football Club

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure full compliance within the “Thynk” CRM system

Work collaboratively with operations and events teams to ensure seamless event delivery and exceed customer expectations

Support the wider sales function through proactive follow-up activity, business development support, reporting, and gathering post-event feedback
What You Bring:

A passion for hospitality, events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
-
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive “can-do” attitude
-
Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
-
The ability to work well under pressure while achieving sales targets and KPIs
-
Commercial awareness alongside strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
Previous experience within sales, events, hospitality, or venue coordination roles
-
Excellent verbal, written, administrative, and CRM system skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable:

Experience working within a stadium, venue, or hospitality environment

A passion for food, events, and creating memorable guest experiences
