About Bespoke by Smith & Brock

Bespoke by Smith & Brock is our newest venture, we have partnered with former Michelin starred chef Marcus Eaves to launch a premium food production business focused on excellence, creativity, and scale. Built on the same trusted values, this new project is an exciting opportunity to shape something from the ground up.

The Role: Packer

As Packer, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional packing role, as a new and growing business, you'll also be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed.

We know not everyone can commit to a standard full day, so this role is flexible. Whether you need to work 10am-2pm to fit around school pick-up, you'd rather not work evenings, or you're looking for full time hours, we're happy to talk through what works for you. Part time and full time hours both available.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately packing and labelling products to specification
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and waste management
Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown
Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, taking on additional tasks where needed

What We're Looking For:

A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
Willingness to get involved and support the wider kitchen team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and accuracy
Previous packing or kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, the right attitude matters most
