Overview

Join our dynamic beauty team as a Wax and Threading Specialist, where your expertise will help clients look and feel their best! This vibrant role combines skillful hair removal techniques with exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver precise waxing and threading services while engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction and confidence. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to a positive, beautifying experience that keeps clients coming back.

Duties

Perform professional waxing services, including facial and body waxing, ensuring comfort and safety for each client
Execute expert threading procedures to shape eyebrows and remove unwanted facial hair with precision
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs and preferences
Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace by sanitizing tools and adhering to health regulations
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns effectively
Assist clients in selecting additional beauty services or products to enhance their overall experience
Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client preferences for future visits

Skills

Proficiency in waxing techniques across various areas of the body and face
Skilled in threading with steady hands and attention to detail for flawless results
Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
Knowledge of makeup application is a plus, allowing for comprehensive beauty consultations
Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure client satisfaction
Fluency in English for effective communication within the team and with diverse clientele
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
