Overview

Oxford Leisure are on the hunt for an engaged Promotions manager… We operate Oxfords Largest multi-site Nightclub and a premium cocktail bar; Home to Students, Locals, and an array of events. We’re looking for an outgoing, confident person to help promote our nightclub and events. This isn’t the average office role, it’s a hands on event management role reaping the reward of delivery, working closely with the senior management team.

You’ll create buzz by engaging with the public; Build promotions and campaigns, and using your social network skills boost attendance. On event nights, you’ll host your guests and support the team with delivering outstanding events.

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Promotions Co-ordinator to lead marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences, leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing tools and creative content. Your passion for marketing excellence will inspire teams and partners alike, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry. Duties

Design and implement promotion strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, utilizing multichannel marketing approaches including social media, email marketing, print advertising, and digital platforms.
Manage advertising sales initiatives by collaborating with sales teams to develop proposals and secure advertising partnerships.
Oversee content marketing efforts by creating engaging Content and events, managing content calendars, and ensuring consistency across all platforms using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
Optimize campaigns through research, data analysis, and performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities for brand growth.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on promotional activities while maintaining brand integrity across print and digital channels.
Track campaign performance meticulously, providing regular reports on key analytics to inform future strategies.

Skills

Experience in hospitality and Promotion management.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they influence digital visibility.
Expertise in social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Proficiency in multichannel marketing strategies combining online and offline tactics including print advertising.
Skilled in advertising sales techniques with experience negotiating partnerships and sponsorships.
Knowledge of Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating compelling visual content.
Deep familiarity with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Experience in content marketing creation—copywriting, editing, and publishing engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Strong research skills to gather market insights and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills for crafting persuasive copy and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
