Based in the UK, we offer an unparalleled range of reliable sealing solutions for roofing, cladding, cold store, and facade projects.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support our internal sales and operations teams, with the opportunity to develop and grow within the business.

Job Responsibilities

· Assisting the sales and administration team with day-to-day duties.

· Processing and revising sales orders from customers.

· Preparing and emailing sales quotes to customers.

· Dealing with customer pre-sales enquiries.

· Provide customers with a high level of customer service via telephone and email.

· Preparation of Excel reports for carriers and customers.

· Liaising with carriers for proof of delivery and non-delivery of products.

· Dealing with and resolving sales invoice queries.

· Converting orders to invoices within the ERP system.

· Raising non-conformance report (NCR) requests from customers and dealing with accordingly.

· Managing other miscellaneous emails and correspondence from customers.

· Supporting the operations and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.

· Perform any other tasks as required for proper performance of the role.

· Provide support for our external sales team with internal coordination.

· Maintain accurate records via our CRM/ERP systems.

· Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities at the point of order.

· Outbound sales call to our current sales ledger to grow product basket.

· Prospecting leads for new business across the industry.

· Help streamline sales processes and contribute to internal reporting.

The Successful Applicant

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

· Previous experience with ERP systems (preferred, but not essential).

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.

· Proven experience of providing excellent customer service.

· Ability to manage time and multitask under minimal supervision.

Salary, Benefits & Work Arrangements

· Salary: Competitive / DOE.

· Bonus: As % of salary based on agreed company and individual KPIs.

· Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 16:00.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
