Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Chinese Medicine healthcare, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a professional environment. Please note that we require someone who can speak both Mandarin and English.

Duties

Greet patients and assist them with check-in procedures efficiently and courteously
Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper organisation of medical supplies
Take vital signs, record patient histories, and update medical records accurately
Assist healthcare providers during examinations and minor procedures
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Support inventory management by ordering supplies as needed

Skills

Speak both Mandarin and English.
Previous office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate demeanour with a focus on patient care
Proficiency in using standard office software programmes such as MS Office suite
Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
