*Dental Receptionist Position – Ascent Dental Solihull*
*Full-Time | Training & Development Supported*

Ascent Dental are opening applications for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our forward-moving, patient-centred team in Solihull. This is an opportunity to become the welcoming face and organisational heartbeat of a modern dental practice where people, professionalism, and progression genuinely matter.

At Ascent, reception is not an afterthought — it’s central to everything we do. You’ll be a key part of the patient journey, trusted with responsibility, supported to grow, and valued for the impact you make every single day.

We invest in developing our front-of-house team, supporting training in areas such as:

Dental systems and software
Patient communication and care pathways
Treatment coordination and finance processes
Practice operations and compliance

Hours
42 hour p/w position, between the hours of 8.30AM-6.30PM, with one Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone
Welcoming and checking in our patients
Managing appointment bookings and recalls
Handling patient enquiries with confidence and empathy
Supporting the clinical team with smooth day-to-day practice operations
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of organisation

What You'll Bring:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A calm, professional approach in a busy environment
Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is desirable, but not essential — the right attitude matters most
