Join us as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in driving the success of your centre. You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. On-target earnings up to £40,893
Comprising a base salary of £34,093
An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £6,800 per year.
5 days a week

Skills and experience

Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
A current valid driving licence
