Full job description

We are looking for a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our small and welcoming close-knit team here at Karma Salford Hall hotel in Abbots Salford, near Evesham

Daily tasks to include:

- Welcoming visitors and guests to the hotel with a smile

- Checking guests in and out

- Showing guests to rooms and assisting with their luggage where applicable

- Liaising with guests whilst always upholding professional standards

- Handling queries from guests and colleagues in an efficient manner

- Preparing bills, taking payments and handling cash responsibly

- Processing bookings and queries on the telephone, via email and face to face

- Willingness to work as team and jump in to assist colleagues and guests as and when required

- Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations wherever possible

*Please note that due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach with public transport, therefore access to your own transport is advisable*

Skills required:

- Positive “can do” attitude

- Willingness to learn

- A tidy & organised individual

- Ability to multitask & troubleshoot

- Computer literate
