The Badgers Den in Market Harborough is a members focused grooming club built around time, craft, and experience. Every detail is designed for excellence. From the service to the space to the culture. If you’re an ambitious barber who wants to work at the highest level, this is where you elevate your career.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Barber to join our fully employed team.

This is not a high-turnover walk-in shop.
Appointments are 60–90 minutes, giving you time to deliver precision, detail, and a true premium service experience.

You will be working with a clientele that values quality over speed. This includes professionals, high-profile clients, and occasional celebrity guests who expect the very best.
