About Us

We are a growing and diverse business operating across three exciting sectors:

New Build Homes
Commercial & Domestic Solar installations
Fuels Department, supplying kiln-dried wood, hot tubs, and saunas

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Administration Assistant to help promote our brands while providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties

Manage and update company social media platforms
Create engaging content, including posts, photos, videos, and promotional campaigns
Update website content and product listings
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements
Monitor marketing performance and provide basic reports
Support the promotion of new build developments, renewable products, and fuels division offerings

Administration Duties

Answer telephone and email enquiries
Maintain customer and supplier records
Taking orders for our fuel department
Organise meetings, appointments, and diaries as required
General office administration and filing
Support management with day-to-day operational tasks

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role
Strong social media and digital marketing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software would be advantageous
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn
