Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective clients via phone, utilizing telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our services or products
Engage in lively conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication of client requirements
Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance metrics
Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to connect with diverse client bases and expand market reach

Experience

Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles demonstrating strong communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, for tracking calls and managing client information
Ability to speak fluently in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable and a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills with an energetic, persuasive approach
Experience working in fast-paced environments where persistence and resilience are key
Knowledge of sales processes and appointment-setting best practices
