Now, we’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at our Falkirk Business Hub and support our Alloa sites.

About the Role

This is more than a reception role—it's a dynamic, people-focused position where no two days are the same.

As the face of Ceteris, you’ll create a welcoming, professional environment while playing a key role in driving occupancy, supporting tenants, and enhancing the overall experience within the building.

From greeting guests and managing enquiries to coordinating events and supporting building operations, you’ll be at the centre of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering a warm and professional first impression to tenants and visitors
Managing the reception area, keeping it welcoming and well-presented
Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with confidence and accuracy
Supporting sales activity by sharing property information and conducting viewings
Managing conference room bookings and event coordination
Organising and overseeing catering for meetings and events
Maintaining compliance checks, building standards, and cleanliness
Supporting admin tasks including reporting, database updates, and mail handling
Working closely with the wider team to resolve tenant queries and enhance service delivery
Acting as an ambassador for Ceteris’ Green initiatives

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Naturally customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with ease
Calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations
Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location & Hours

Based at our Falkirk Business Hub and Alloa Ceteris Service Offices (80/20 Split)
Full-time position (35 Hours)
Flexibility required in relation to working hours and location
