Looking for a Project Manager role where you can take full ownership of project delivery from start to finish?
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage site teams, programmes, subcontractors, and client relationships while driving performance across every stage of the project lifecycle. Experience within the oil & gas sector would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
What you’ll do;
Manage the full lifecycle of projects from planning through to completion
Deliver works to agreed timelines, budgets, and specifications
Develop and maintain project programmes, tracking progress and performance
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery
Allocate labour, plant, and materials to maximise productivity
Conduct site inspections and monitor performance against programme and quality standards
Create and manage safe systems of work, including RAMS
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
Oversee quality assurance, inspections, audits, and project handovers
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery

What we’re looking for;
Proven experience managing civil engineering and/or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction methodologies including highways, drainage, utilities, and earthworks
Experience managing budgets, programmes, and commercial performance
Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within industrial or oil & gas environments would be beneficial, but is not essential
HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
SMSTS (essential)
Black CSCS Card (essential)
Desirable;
NEBOSH or IOSH
Temporary Works Coordinator
Appointed Person (Lifting)
NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or working towards)
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector
