Individuals with no recruitment experience, as long as you have the right attitude and can pick up the industry.

The Role

This is a true account management role built around quality, not volume.

You’ll focus on:

Strategic headhunting and deep candidate engagement
Working with passive candidates in niche Defence markets
Market mapping and targeted outreach
Intelligent qualification – not high‑volume CV sending
Building trusted, advisory‑led relationships
Running candidate‑led BD alongside the consultant

You’ll be supported, trusted, and given space to do recruitment properly.

Market exposure

Exposure to AI, cyber, advanced engineering and international programmes
