Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our KUMON team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children where excellent patience and communication skills are essential. This role involves providing assistance in various educational settings.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Assist students individually or in small groups, especially those who need extra support.
Mark and record students’ work accurately and efficiently.
Monitor student progress to maintain a positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Work well in a team while also being able to take initiative when needed.
Demonstrate patience, reliability, and a supportive attitude toward all learners.

Job Type: Part-time
