About the Guest Service Associate Role

As a key member of our Front of House Team , you’ll ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional support throughout their stay. You’ll handle a variety of front-of-house duties, assist other departments, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will provide a warm and professional welcome to guests on their arrival;
Duties may range from check in/outs, to answering and directing telephone calls ;
Ensure that the hotel's credit policy is adhered to at all times;
Take ad-hoc reservations at such times as when the Reservations office is unable to do so;
To ensure accuracy and efficiency in posting all transactions and in the handling of all funds including cash, card payments, etc.
To balance the day’s postings, receipts, cash and credit card payments to the computer application at end of shift reports.
To help customers with their queries thought their stay with the hotel, including wake up calls, directions, dining information, etc.
To attend company trainings
To support Housekeeping by making rooms when required due to business needs
To receive and verify all deliveries addressed to the hotel, ensuring accuracy of items and documentation. Promptly inform and coordinate with the relevant department (e.g., housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance) to ensure timely handling and distribution.

About you

Successful candidates must have:

A warm, approachable personality with a passion for guest service.
Hospitality experience is required, and previous experience working in a hotel environment is highly preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Confidence in handling payments and basic computer systems.
It would be an advantage if you have previous experience in working with Opera system.
