Salary: £25,614 to £26,427 (Actual salary: £8,816 to £9,271)
Contract: Fixed Term 31 July 2027
Hours: Part Time, Term Time Only, 15 Hours Per Week
Location: Filey, North Yorkshire, Filey Church of England Primary School

Receptionist Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 12.00noon

Are you an experienced and organised Receptionist Administrator with a keen eye for detail? Looking to work somewhere where you will make a real difference to the lives of children and their communities?

About us

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.

About you

As a Receptionist Administrator in a school office you will,

Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems – full training will be provided
Have strong communication skills
Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone
Have the ability to manage your work load efficiently
Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils absences and report on this where necessary
